Clients send most of their invoices, receipts, delivery notes directly via WhatsApp, as photos or PDFs. Then someone has to manually enter the key data into accounting software. Even just 15-30 documents per day per client, with multiple clients it becomes hours a week of repetitive, error-prone work.

We sell air purifiers and replacement filters. Using Google Sheets but can't see when a customer last ordered, view what products they have, or log team notes. Need reactivation reminders when it's time for filter replacements. HubSpot and Salesforce are overkill.
