“Hey everyone, I’m looking for recommendations for an app that works well for ADHD brains and combines all of the following in one place: • Calendar • Real task management with reminders • Projects with subtasks • Note taking • The ability to turn notes into actionable tasks • Good AI implementation • Voice input for creating tasks The biggest issue I keep running into is that a lot of apps handle one or two of these well, but not all of them together. For example, I’ve used Evernote and Mem. They’re fine for notes and checklists, but the “tasks” basically just live inside a note. They don’t automatically function as real to do items with reminders and scheduling unless I manually recreate them in a separate task manager. That duplication kills the system for me. I’ve also used Motion. It’s solid for scheduling tasks on a calendar, but it doesn’t really solve the notes to actionable tasks problem in a way that feels seamless.
