“Any gym owners here have recommendations? looking for one system that handles memberships, class/PT scheduling, and basic billing without juggling multiple apps. what’s working for you right now and what should I avoid?”
Gym owners seek single platform for memberships, PT scheduling and billing to replace juggling apps
“Hi everyone, Looking for the best value gym management platform or software. We are a smaller studio (200 members) looking for something that covers the following: \\-payments \\-staff/member management \\-class scheduling \\-reports Ideally looking for something that costs in the lower end. Thanks a lot!”
Small gyms need low-cost all-in-one SaaS for payments, scheduling, reports instead of multiple tools
“The gym where I am helping with operations transitioned to [exercise.com](http://exercise.com) over the last year. We have had a really bad experience, especially when it comes to real support (they are great at replying to emails and doing nothing). What packages are working for you?”

“Which is the best gym management software to use in India? With proper service and minimal to zero software issues. Please respond based on personal use. Currently using one, but super frustrating because of software issues.”
Indian gyms need reliable low-issue management SaaS with strong local support
“Hi! I am in desperate need of a new gym management software. I am currently using ASF Payment Solutions with Passport (which controls the door system). We upgraded in January to ClubOS through ASF because of technical issues and it's still a nightmare. ASF used to be so good, but now you can barely get a hold of anyone to resolve system issues. I am beyond frustrated. They blamed system issues on Passport when it was them because they are the billing side Passport is just door integration. They act like they do not care anymore or even gaslight you LOL. It's been okay enough for the last couple years to stick with them, but I am soooo done. I also will need a system that integrates with Passport and insurance-based members. We do not have classes, so we don't need a boutique like system. Thank you for any feedback:)”
Gyms need stable door-integrated management SaaS after repeated failures with ClubOS/ASF
“What part of gym software feels more complicated than it should? One reply that stood out to me from my last post was simplicity. A lot of systems seem packed with extra options, reports, and steps when staff just need to sign someone up, take payment, update details, and move on. For gym owners and managers here, what part usually feels the most overbuilt in the software you’ve used — sign-up, billing, renewals, scheduling, reports, or something else?”
Gym software too complex; need simple SaaS for quick sign-ups, payments and member updates
“How much do you guys pay for a gym management software on a monthly basis, and what all functionality should it cover, and also how size of gym in terms of members affects it. Thanks!! ALSO how do you guys keep count of cash flow, do you expect it to be included in managemnt app itself. ”
