To all Owners ! What GYM management software should I use for my NEW GYM.

Hi to all the gym owners on Reddit. Please I need help choosing the best option for my NEW GYM. It’s about to open and still undecided. After hours of reading reviews I am more confused now. I need a reliable software that comes with: Branded app, Class scheduling, Members scan barcode for check in upon arrival Memberships renewal, Be able to check out for drinks and snacks. Be able to see Transactions history. My tree main options to consider are: ( I don’t know anything about their monthly pricing and transaction fees percentages. 1: ABC Glofox 2: PushPress 3: Bokkee If you have a better options please let me know and tell me why based on your experience. Thanks you all 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Honest conversation about gym management software

Hi guys, I'm new here. But I've seen over this year many and many different options of gym management software, one promising to be better than the other. But, we always end up as a member having multiple apps, one for booking, one for logging the score or checking the leaderboard, it's a bit clunky even if we try to change our on payment method. As a gym owner, or even gym member? What are you experience when it comes to the softwares or apps your gym is using? I would love to hear that :)

Get rid of gym management software / app and do it myself?

Just opened a gym in Brussels in September and we’re slowly but steadily growing. After a truly nightmare experience with ResaWod, I’m now looking for a better solution for class bookings and billing. I’ve got demos lined up with PushPress, BTWB, Mindbody, etc. over the next few days. But after doing some initial research, I’m starting to wonder… can't i just do it myself? Squarespace offers Acuity Scheduling, which seems to cover class bookings, and I could integrate Stripe or Mollie for payments. With around 50 members at the moment, I’m struggling to justify paying €150/month (plus transaction fees) to a management app for something I might be able to run myself for under €60. Am I overlooking something here? Am I setting myself up for unnecessary stress and mess?

Anyone here using all in one software to manage classes and memberships? Curious what actually works.

Hi everyone, I’ve been looking into all in one software to manage classes, memberships, and client engagement at our gym. I’ve been checking out three platforms: **wellnessliving.com:** platform with online booking, class scheduling, memberships, payments, and automated marketing. Their app lets clients book, track, and pay from mobile. **mindbodyonline.com:** Offers online scheduling, payments, marketing, client management, and reporting. **zenplanner.com:** I saw it recommended in discussions here for smaller gyms and studios. Provides scheduling, memberships, billing, reporting, and a client facing app. **I’m curious what others have experienced:** \\- How smooth are the apps for booking and payments? Any features that really saved time or improved client engagement? Were there any surprises during onboarding or setup? Would love to hear real experiences from gym owners or staff. Please! and Thanks!
