“Hi everyone! i've read through all the threads regarding salon software, but i'm having such a hard time finding an answer to my specific schedule needs and want to know if anyone can relate/found software that helps! I'm a solo studio suite owner, and specialize in custom color but I also have a massive (like overwhelming at this point) haircut/barber clientele. I keep having this problem where i'll have a perfect multi-hour opening for a color appointment, but a random clipper cut will book right smack dab in the middle of that block! it's so frustrating and really impacting my schedule/money. I currently use Gloss Genius and while its amazing for certain things, it has absolutely no customization for what appointments can book in certain time slots or on specific days. “I was planning on going with gloss genius for my booking software as I have heard it’s client friendly ( I have some older, less tech savvy clients) but then I found out that the salon suite that I ended up renting actually partners with square so we get an “exclusive” processing rate of 2.45% Is that actually significant?
